The Federal Government Commissioner for the Issues of People with Disabilities has an arbitration service in accordance with § 16 BGG. The arbitration service has the task of resolving conflicts between people with disabilities and public authorities of the federal government. You can call the arbitration service if you are not satisfied with the answers from the above contact option. It is not about finding winners or losers.
