The ASCOT + projects are developing digital measuring instruments for professional and cross-professional competencies in three professional fields and test them as teaching and learning media and in exams.

ASPE – Digital workbench for competence-oriented examination tasks and final examinations – assessments for current and future requirements in the dual system

The project is developing an online tool with which the examiniers can create competency-based exam tasks and final exams for commercial professions.

DigiDIn-Kfz – Digital diagnostics in the motor vehicles sector

The project is developing digital instruments to support the reception skills of trainees with regard to the ability to make diagnoses in the occupation of motor vehicle mechatronics technicians and adapting existing tests to the needs of exams.

EKGe – Extended competence assessment in the healthcare sector

The project is developing a measurement tool for inter-professional cooperation competence and a digital assessment instrument for trainees’ abilities to deal with mental pressures.

PSA-Sim – Problem Solving Analytics in Office Simulations

The project is developing an office simulation which fosters the problem-solving competence of trainees in the occupations of industrial clerk and office management clerk and records their trouble-shooting performances with real-time analytics.

TechKom – Technology-based competence assessment and support during initial training in electrical engineering and metalworking technology

The project is developing funding instruments for analytical and constructive problem-solving competence as well as additional examination tasks for trainees in technical occupations.
 

TeKoP – Technology-based competence-oriented testing

The project is developing a training that enables examination staff, trainers and teachers in the training occupations of industrial clerk and office management clerk to develop competence-oriented examination tasks and implement them.
